Meet your provider, then it ships

A licensed U.S. healthcare provider reviews your intake, and you hear back within 48 hours. Depending on where you live, a short phone or video consultation may be required — if so, your provider emails you a booking link. If approved, the hold is charged and your prescription ships from a licensed U.S. pharmacy in discreet packaging. Declined? The hold is released and you pay nothing.

How do I choose which one?
You do not have to. Tell us what you are interested in and a licensed provider reviews your history and decides what, if anything, fits — including something you did not pick. Choosing is not a commitment.
What if I do not qualify?
Nothing is prescribed and you are not charged. The card hold is released, and a provider will explain why. Not everyone qualifies, and that is the point of the review.
Are these covered by insurance?
You don't need insurance. TitanXY runs on a straightforward cash-pay model — one transparent price covers your provider visit and prescription, with no claims to file or coverage to chase. Most visits and medications can be paid with an HSA or FSA card.
How fast will I see results?
It depends entirely on the treatment. Some are judged over weeks; hair-loss treatment is judged over months, not weeks. Your provider tells you what to expect for whatever you are prescribed, and reviews it with you as you go. No outcome is guaranteed.
Do I need to be on medication?
No. Medication is only prescribed if your provider determines it's appropriate for your case.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your medical information is handled under standard healthcare privacy protections and never shared with third parties for marketing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Free at any time before your prescription reaches the pharmacy. After that, cancelling stops future charges. Treatments billed every 2 or 3 months ship the full supply at once, so the current period is not refunded, and dispensed medication cannot be returned. Full detail in the refund policy.
