PROVIDER-SET STRENGTH
Matched, not guessed
Your provider picks the strength that fits you, not a ladder you climb over months. You never self-titrate — if it is too much or too little, they change the prescription, and the price does not change with your strength.
About sildenafil
An erection is a blood-flow event. Sildenafil blocks the enzyme (PDE5) that ends it, so the vessels stay relaxed and blood stays where it needs to be. It does not create desire — arousal still has to be there. It is a compounded preparation from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and not FDA-approved.
Taken roughly 30 to 60 minutes before sex, and it works for several hours. A heavy meal or a lot of alcohol slows it down. Your provider sets the strength; you do not adjust it yourself, and taking more than prescribed increases side effects without improving the result.
This is the important one: tell your provider if you take nitrates for chest pain — the combination can drop blood pressure dangerously. Also mention alpha-blockers, any heart disease, stroke, very low or uncontrolled blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, and any history of vision or hearing loss.
Educational information only. It is not medical advice and does not describe results you should expect. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Compounded sildenafil is prepared by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved. It is not a generic or a copy of any FDA-approved product. Do not take PDE5 inhibitors with nitrates or riociguat. Not appropriate for everyone, including men with significant cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled blood pressure. Reported effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion and visual changes; rare but serious risks include priapism and sudden loss of vision or hearing. Seek urgent care for an erection lasting over four hours. Discuss your full medical history with your provider. Information on this page is educational and is not medical advice. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. Product imagery is stylised and does not reflect the actual label, size or appearance of the prescription product you may receive.
