TitanXY is a men’s health telehealth platform. Care is delivered by Beluga Telehealth providers and prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub. We treat your personal and health information as confidential and handle it in line with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide during your assessment, checkout, and care (name, contact details, date of birth, health history, and payment information), plus limited technical data such as device and usage information needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to connect you with licensed physicians, evaluate whether treatment is appropriate, fulfill and ship prescriptions, provide ongoing care, process payments, and improve the platform. Protected health information is used and disclosed only as permitted by law.

How we share information

We share information with the licensed providers and pharmacies involved in your care — Beluga Telehealth, the independent provider group that evaluates and treats you, and The Pharmacy Hub, the licensed U.S. pharmacy network that fills your prescription — and with service providers (payment, shipping, hosting) under contract. We do not sell your health information. Marketing analytics use hashed or de-identified data where possible, and you can opt out anytime.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing communications, subject to legal and medical record-retention requirements. Contact hello@titanxy.com to exercise these rights.
