PROVIDER-SET TITRATION

Adjusted, not fixed

StartStep·3Hold

Your provider starts you low, raises the dose only as your body tolerates it, and holds you at the level that works. You never self-titrate — every change is a prescribing decision, and the price does not change with your dose.

About sermorelin

What it is, and what to ask.

What it is

Sermorelin is not growth hormone. It is a shorter analogue of the signal your hypothalamus already sends to your pituitary, so the gland releases your own growth hormone, in your own pulses.

How it is used

A small subcutaneous injection, usually at night on an empty stomach, because your largest natural GH pulse happens in early sleep and food blunts it. Your provider sets the dose and reviews how you respond over weeks rather than days.

What to discuss with your provider

Tell them about any active or past cancer, thyroid disease, diabetes or problems with blood-sugar control, and about pregnancy or plans for it. Growth-hormone pathways can affect insulin sensitivity, so mention every medication you take.

Educational information only. It is not medical advice and does not describe results you should expect. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Compounded sermorelin is prepared by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved. It is not a generic or a copy of any FDA-approved product. Growth-hormone secretagogues are not appropriate for everyone, including people with active malignancy. Reported effects include injection-site reactions, flushing, headache, fluid retention, joint discomfort and changes in blood-sugar control. Long-term safety data for compounded peptides is limited. Discuss your full medical history with your provider. Information on this page is educational and is not medical advice. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. Product imagery is stylised and does not reflect the actual label, size or appearance of the prescription product you may receive.
